On Staff Music Services was founded in 2023 by Jordan Cox and Brad Ritchie. Though both were already established in the industry with successful careers, a series of collaborations made them realize they worked better together. What bonded them most? They had both trained to become film composers—only to discover they didn’t actually want to be film composers!
Instead, they found the greatest fulfillment (and best use of their skills) in working as part of a team—helping others bring their musical visions to life.
And with that, On Staff Music Services was born.
Our mission is simple:
to support composers, creators, and musicians by providing expert services that help turn ideas into finished works. Whether it’s arranging music for the concert stage, orchestrating for film, TV, or other media, preparing scores and parts at the highest professional level, or producing high-quality printed music—our team is here to get every note on the page, ready to be played.
With offices in LA and Nashville, plus the ability to be wherever your project takes us, whatever your music needs, we have the people On Staff to make it happen.
